Career Success Digital Badging Program

The Career Success Digital Badging Program provides a framework that conveys students’ workplace competencies to prospective employers. The program was designed to connect the dots between leadership roles, experiential learning opportunities, and career, and the “real world” of work. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has identified eight essential competencies that employers seek. The ability of candidates to provide evidence of these aptitudes through various programs and experiences provides demonstrable value to potential employers and demonstrates a requisite foundation in career readiness.
